Blinds & Awnings Offers a full 24 months manufacturing and installation warranty on all of our Custom made Internal Blinds and Curtains, which means that should you have any concerns with the workmanship or functionality of your Custom Made product, we will arrange swift and friendly service to ensure your issues are resolved and your product is functioning optimally.
On all Readymade Products, the warranty period is 12 months and you can expect the same great service on any warranty claim.
In order to, maintain the beauty of your Internal blinds and curtains we recommend using a professional cleaning service for all Curtain Fabrics as well as any textured Roller Blind Fabrics.
For Block-out Blinds we recommend White magic microfibre sponges to effectively and safely remove marks from Block out fabrics and PVC blinds. Venetian blinds can safely be dusted and wiped down with a damp/ dry sponge, although we do recommend avoiding the use of any soaps or harsh cleaning chemical which may damage the finish of your new blinds.
Your beautiful new Shutters come with a full 3 years manufacturing and Installation warranty on all Painted Custom Made Shutters, that have been measured and installed by Love. Blinds & Awnings.
Surface dust should be removed with a duster or soft cloth. Never use abrasive products or solvents/ soaps/ harsh chemical cleaning products.
Real Timber shutters are particularly susceptible to damage from moisture and liquids as well as fading from sunlight, we recommend taking extra care with your real timber shutters and having these cleaned professionally should any major stains occur. They may also need to be re-oiled, painted or stained over time, this is the nature of a real timber product and not the result of poor manufacturing.
Your new external blinds and or awnings come with a 12 months manufacturer’s warranty, on all parts and installation. Most awning fabrics come with a 5 year UV degradation warranty.
In order to retain your warranty and maximize the life and beauty of your new external blinds or awnings, they should be properly cleaned & maintained by hosing with cold water and brushing with a dry, clean broom. Do not allow dirt to remain on fabric and do not roll up when wet.
Particular care should be taken with cotton, based canvas fabrics which are most susceptible to mould and moisture damage.
We do not offer a warranty on damage caused during strong winds, storms or misuse of your product and there is no warranty on mould/ moisture damage.
Under no circumstances should your external blinds or awnings be left out/down during high winds and heavy rain.

Your Warranty is subject to the correct use of your products and does not cover misuse or damage caused by outside forces including but not limited to environmental factors such as damage caused by sunlight, wind or rain. Please talk to one of our friendly team for full terms and Conditions.
We currently do not offer a warranty on any products that are Picked up and Installed by anyone other than a member of our Team.
Rest assured, should your product not be covered by warranty, we will still extend the same great service to you for the lifetime of your product for a simple call-out fee and the cost of any parts and labour required for repairs or servicing.
