It’s refreshing to come across a business that goes the extra mile and does what they say. Especially when it comes to honouring warranties. I accidentally knocked a customers blind down whilst working on a sliding door. I didn’t know how to reset the blind to organise for a technician to come on-site. Rose in Love Blinds & Awnings office scheduled in a technician who promptly fixed the problem I caused. I fully expected to pay a call out fee. Amazingly the call out was covered under the warranty at no cost as the blinds had been installed less than a year ago. Thank you very much guys. We were having issues with motorised blinds and was having trouble find someone to help. Vincent came out and was very knowledgeable and his years of experience was evident when he had everything fixed in 5 minutes. Great service, great guy, great business. Installed 10 block out blinds. Some powered and some on the pulley. They are really top quality and when it came time to fit them, they are quick, efficient and friendly. Anybody thinking of getting blinds should look no further. The remote control powered blinds is a must have!

Building a house is incredibly stressful, so we were fortunate enough to come across Love Blinds and awnings. They had to be the easiest and friendliest company we had to deal with during a build, nothing was enough trouble. I could not for the life of me make up my mind on certain decisions but was always told to just take my time and get it right. They even put up some temporary blinds for us as we ended up having to move in earlier than planned. Quality is fantastic as is the service. Never felt like a sales pitch, very friendly team led by Vinne. Highly recommend, and I should add we shopped around with 4 other suppliers and Love Blinds were very competitive.
