It’s refreshing to come across a business that goes the extra mile and does what they say. Especially when it comes to... honouring warranties. I accidentally knocked a customers blind down whilst working on a sliding door. I didn’t know how to reset the blind to organise for a technician to come on-site. Rose in Love Blinds & Awnings office scheduled in a technician who promptly fixed the problem I caused. I fully expected to pay a call out fee. Amazingly the call out was covered under the warranty at no cost as the blinds had been installed less than a year ago. Thank you very much guys.
